The surf is practiced throughout the Cadiz coast and is near Canos de Meca one of its points of interest. The last few summers being surf so you should avoid this time. There is also no good waves with lift.

There are several suitable areas. The busiest is in front of the Strait Beaches urbanization, with a rocky bottom surf and strong waves. The closest area with waves are the beaches of Palmar.
